RETURNS

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date your order is received.
If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (including tags).
Any used, damaged, or incomplete item cannot be refunded.

Orders not delivered due to address errors

If your order could not be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered at checkout, Chewvera cannot be held responsible for any exchange or refund.

If your package has not yet been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at care@chewvera.com to update your address.
Once the order has been shipped, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the postal or courier service to arrange a redirection or address change.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Please do not send your purchase directly to the manufacturer.


REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 to 4 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank — there is often a processing delay before a refund appears.

If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at care@chewvera.com.


EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at care@chewvera.com, and we will provide return instructions and the return address.


SHIPPING RETURNS

To return your product, please email care@chewvera.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • A photo of the product if it arrived damaged

We will then provide the return address and detailed instructions.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you chose a free return option in exchange for a store credit (gift card) but later decide to receive a refund to your original payment method, a €10 return fee will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary.
For items valued over €69, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Chewvera cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of delivery.


DELIVERY TIMES AND ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We do not issue refunds for reasons related to shipping delays, as these are clearly stated in our Terms of Service and FAQ.

Our warehouses are automated, which means orders cannot be canceled once placed.
To receive a refund, you must follow the return procedure outlined above.
