All standard deliveries are free of charge.
An optional Express Delivery service (48h–72h business hours) is available at checkout for an additional fee.
Processing & Estimated Delivery Times
- Order processing: 1–3 business days
- U.S. delivery: 4–12 business days
- U.K. delivery: 5–15 business days
- France delivery: 6–10 business days
- Spain delivery: 6–10 business days
- Canada delivery: 4–15 business days
- Australia delivery: 7–14 business days (up to 20 days for remote regions)

Shipping Fees, Taxes & Duties
- Standard shipping: Always free to eligible countries listed above.
- Express shipping (48h–72h): Optional paid upgrade available at checkout.
- Taxes and duties: For certain destinations (e.g., Australia, Canada), import taxes or customs duties may apply and are the recipient’s responsibility unless otherwise specified at checkout.
- Shipping cost calculation: Based on delivery address, package weight/volume, and selected carrier.
Tracking & Delivery
- A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.
- Some carriers may not deliver to P.O. Boxes — a full physical address is recommended.
- Multi-item orders may ship in separate packages at no additional cost.
Wrong Address, Lost or Damaged Parcels

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.
Chewvera is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you need to make a correction, contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order at care@chewvera.com — we will do our best to update it before processing.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of the delivery (or estimated delivery) date.
Include your order number and photos of the damaged item or packaging.
After review, we will offer a suitable solution — such as a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Order Cancellation & Modification
Our fulfillment centers process orders quickly and automatically.
Therefore, we cannot guarantee cancellation or modification once an order has been transmitted for processing.
