Tracking & Delivery

• A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.
• Some carriers may not deliver to P.O. Boxes — a full physical address is recommended.
• Multi-item orders may ship in separate packages at no additional cost.

Wrong Address, Lost or Damaged Parcels

After review, we will offer a suitable solution — such as a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
